Basketball is a fast-paced, physically demanding sport that requires a combination of strength, speed, agility, and endurance. To excel on the court, it’s essential to create a workout plan specifically tailored to the unique demands of the game.
That’s the reson i’ve started a special training program to go trial this next April 2024 in France.
It’s time to stop reading and watching; and begin doing. It’s time to make it happen. I will focus on one thing and one thing only… the next step I need to take each day to get myself to achieving my dream & goals.
